A visa to enter Russia is required for most foreign participants. LOC provides visa support for participants registered before July 30, 2010. For these participants before September 15, 2010 LOC will send out official invitations to be submitted to Russian consulates. Alternatively, a touristic visa to Russia can be obtained with a prepaid voucher from many hotels (you can receive this information in concrete hotel, see please the list of Moscow hotels).
